Chester the Squirrel

Chester is one of the most detailed squirrel I have ever made. He is 9" tall, made of 3 different colours - black, white and blond mohair.

He is 5-way jointed and fully wired armature including his long fluffy tail.
Special features include his needle felted eyelids and nose, sealed and harden. He has claws not only on his hands, but feet as well.

This special squirrel is one-of-a-kind and is now available for adoption on Bear Pile.

Thanks for viewing our blog today :)
Cheers, Wayne

Esther the Mouse

Esther has now been adopted...Thanks

Hi everyone, I want to share another another new mouse.

Besides Ashton, I have created another mouse named Esther. She is a sweet little mouse, wearing a pink dress with a heart-shaped Swaroksvi pendant around her neck.

She has found a new mum at the Singapore Teddy Bear Show last weekend.

I will be listing all my latest bears and critters on Bearpile/website soon, probably one everyday. The next creations  you will see soon will be Thompson the Panda, Chester the Squirrel and Brown Bear Beirne. So come back soon to check them out.

Have a great day!

Hugs, Wayne

New Mouse Ashton, available for Adoption!

A very big thanks to all friends and collectors who came down to the Singapore Teddy Bear Show over the past 2 days. Thank you for your continuous support to make this a successful event, despite of the rain. We hope to see you all soon again next year. I will be writing a review about the Singapore Teddy Bear Show shortly with some pictures, do pop by again to read and know more about the show.

Today, I would like to introduce to all a new mouse available for adoption. His name is Ashton. Ashton is 6 inch tall, made from soft sparse topaz coloured mohair. He has a wired armature tail which allows him to strike a variety of poses. He wears a black scarf with accessories around his neck.

Ashton has now been adopted...Thanks

Have a wonderful week ahead!

Cheers, Wayne

6 more days to the Singapore Teddy Bear Show!

Time flies! It's just only 6 days to the Singapore Teddy Bear Show!

I went to Spotlight store yesterday to purchase a beautiful piece of green table cloth for my display table and some Christmas decorations. You can see on the green fabric are 2 of my new creations.

What's more is I have also completed another new panda just in time for the show too. He will be also on display on that day. I am glad that everything is going according to plan. This weekend I will spend my day taking some pretty pictures of my new creations, labeling the price tags, printing Certificates and creating a mock up display for the table before the show.

Preparing for the Singapore Teddy Bear Show 2013

I am in the midst of my preparation for the Singapore Teddy Bear which will be held on 23 & 24 November at the National Library Building.

Last week, I have completed a dark brown bear and squirrel. At present moment, 2 mice patterns have been cut and sewn, waiting patiently for me to stuff and joint them.

I have plans to create a few more new designs for the show, but time is running out! I wonder how many more bears I can make with less than a month. I will continue to do my best to create more critters for the show and hope that you can turn up  on those days to support us!

Here's the invitation card which I have designed to send out to my collectors and friends. We hope to see you soon!

Hugs, Wayne

Counting down 20 days to the Singapore Teddy Bear Show

Just a quick update on my latest progress. I am currently working on new creations for the Singapore Teddy Bear Show and time is running out, that's why I have not been updating my blog for quite some time.

Chester & Beirne.
I am sorry to inform you that no new bears/animals will be available for adoption till end of November after the Singapore Teddy Bear Show. I am doing my best to create newer bears/animals for the visitors at the show and it really means a lot to me to showcase my latest works.

There will be updates on the dates to the next Make a Bear Workshops soon.

Please do come to visit us on 23 & 24 November at the Singapore Teddy Bear Show. We hope to see you there!

Hugs, Wayne
