Betsy is a crochet artist and owner of Knotty Bicsie. She is an art instructor and has been teaching for more than 10 years. We have known each other from our common students whom have attended our classes.
We are happy to share our knowledge with Betsy and her daughter Edda on making a Teddy Bear. This is the first time for both of them to try something new. Edda who is 8 years old, learns to stuff and sew an Inuka Polar Bear.
Sewing is not new to Betsy, she is able to master hand sewing quickly. Wayne shared with her the jointing method on her Teddy Bear's limbs and how to make a wobble head.
Betsy is able to complete her Travelling Teddy Bear in one day and Edda completed her Polar Bear and named him Ice Bear.
We want to thank you Betsy and Edda for supporting our workshop and we congratulate them for completing their first Teddy Bear.
P.S Wayneston Studios will be collaborating with Knotty Bicsie to conduct a workshop at their venue, Marinate on 28 July. Stay tuned for more information!
Hugs,
Wayne
